Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

Order Initiation & Changes

All items at our store are made to order. We usually initiate your order as soon as the payment is confirmed. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel or modify your order. Please review our policy below:

Cancellations & Changes (Before Manufacturing Begins)

  • Cancellation:
    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.
    • A deduction of 5% of the order total (covering payment gateway charges) will be applied.
  • Product Changes:
    • Modifications or product changes can be requested within 48 hours of order placement.

Cancellation After Manufacturing Begins

  • During Manufacturing:
    • If manufacturing has already started, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total order value will be charged.
  • After Shipment:
    • If your order is cancelled after it has been shipped, due to logistical overheads, the fee may be as high as 50% of the total order value.

We strive to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at dobriarts@gmail.com. If your cancellation is accepted, we will send you a confirmation and initiate the appropriate refund.


Damages and Issues

  • Inspection:
    Please inspect your order upon receipt.
  • Reporting Problems:
    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Bespoke, made-to-order, and custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
    • Sale items and gift cards.
    • Returns due to change of mind or unauthorized installations.
  • Pre-Purchase Verification:
    Please verify the dimensions (e.g., the size of your doors and entryway) to ensure the product can be delivered and installed in your desired location. Contact us if you have any concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges / Replacements

  • Policy:
    We accept exchanges for the same product in cases where there is transit damage or defects.
  • Process:
    The fastest way to resolve an issue is to return the defective item. Once the return is accepted, a replacement of the same product will be issued automatically from our end.

International Orders

Important: For international orders, please note the following:

  • No Cancellations, Refunds, or Replacements:
    Cancellations, refunds, or replacements are not allowed for international orders.
    Please ensure that you review your order details carefully before finalizing an international purchase.
